Neil Lefevre has worked 25+ years in the IT industry as a vendor. Neil’s work has always had a sales focus whether in business development, as a consultant, pre-sales engineer, or pre-sales manager. In the first six of his twelve years at Digital Equipment Corporation, he had a variety of consulting roles including infrastructure design, network design, capacity planning, database, storage, transaction processing, and pre-sales management. In his last six years at Digital, Neil was one of the principals in developing an outsourcing practice where he progressed from solution architect, to Operations Manager, to Business Development Manager for Western Canada. After Digital, Neil worked with SAP for nine years. He was a pre-sales engineer for four years progressing to be pre-sales manager for Western Canada and then VP Pre-sales for Canada. For the last five years, Neil has been an independent consultant who focuses on sales performance in the IT industry. Neil lives in Calgary, Canada. |

Hock-Chong OH has over 25 years of global corporate experience in sales, presales, management, and training. A global citizen, he had worked and lived in North Americas, Europe and Asia. A veteran in setting up sales call centres round the world, Hock Chong trained, coached and inspired sales teams to excel in their sales and performance. He graduated with Honours from École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and joined the Hyatt Regency in Kansas City, USA, and returned to Singapore as their sales director. Miho Saito has almost 30 years of work experience in a Japanese subsidiary of a global IT company. She started as an application software developer and has held various managerial positions in IT departments within the company. She moved on to marketing and technical sales planning, where she focused on delivering what is best for Japan and extensively communicated the local needs to her global counterparts. She was also responsible for planning and delivering of IT trainings to leading Japanese company top executives and also coordinating conferences of opinion leaders from various community areas: business, politics, academics, journalism, arts and others. She is fluent in Japanese as well as English from her overseas living, including an assignment to New York, USA. Miho resides in Yokohama, Japan. |

Yukiko Nishiyama has a long experience in a Japan subsidiary of a global IT company for over 20 years with software. She started her career as a software quality assurance engineer and then held a variety of management roles including Quality Assurance, Project Management, Skills and Resource Management in a development organization, and Globalization and Translation Management for five regions/countries in Asia Pacific. In her last four years at the company, Yukiko was Executive Manager of pre-sales and services teams of commercial software development tools, soon after the tools were acquired. There she established these teams as a part of global community of skilled technical consultants and engineers worldwide. After leaving the company at the end of 2008, Yukiko has worked as an independent software consultant, helping young engineers with highly talented skills in software development to start their businesses. She is fluent in Japanese and English. Yukiko lives in Japan, near Tokyo. |

Julian Baamonde combines a sales and marketing career in the technology world. Julian worked in for a major private bank in Argentina before he joined Microsoft in 1992 and spent 14 years in various roles as pre-sales, sales representative, Consulting Manager and Corporate Marketing Manager in Argentina, later assuming an executive position for the Latin America Region as the ISVs channel Director, helping Microsoft’s partners improving sales and marketing. Julian is an industrial engineer that had complemented his studies with a MBA and advanced marketing studies in HBS. He has begun an independent consulting practice –Meritent SA- for Business Analytics, Social Media and Management Training for large corporations in Argentina. Julian is fluent in Spanish and English and lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina. |
