My Favorite 2WIN! Moment

Every so often you get someone in a workshop that shows a tremendous commitment to change.  They take every element to heart and work tirelessly to produce a stellar presentation in the workshop.  Such was the case with an individual I met in South Africa.

Shortly after the workshop, this gentleman was asked on a Thursday afternoon to do a demonstration to a prospect on Friday morning.  He decided to make it a full Demo2WIN!® experience.  He came up with a method to raise the laptop to speaking height.  He took a flipchart with him to the demonstration.  He conducted a real-time 15 minute discovery at the beginning of the session, which uncovered two key value benefits.  He presented benefits, not features.  In his own words, “It turned out to be the shortest demo I’d ever done, and possibly the most relevant!”

The outcome was a request for a final proposal presentation that culminated in a large deal and a new customer.  And of course, another firm believer in the Demo2WIN! techniques.
