Mariana is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and specializes in multilingual account management. She has over 10 years of international sales experience including fiber optics and satellite telecommunications companies based in Argentina and the United States. Mariana also has experience as an educator at the Argentina University of Business. Mariana spent part of her career as a direct sales representative and then was promoted to a management position. In her management role she has experience as a trainer instructing sales representatives and coordinators in various processes and methods to improve sales performance. Mariana moved to USA in 2001 and is currently living in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Paul Newsome heads up the European enterprise for 2WIN! Global covering both business development and Workshop facilitation. He has over 30 years of business experience in a variety of industries and roles within the Manufacturing sector. His experience has centred on Supply Chain Management and has personal experience managing multiple ERP implementations. He has travelled extensively in his quest for greater experience throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa training and implementing in support of customers ERP systems. The last 15 years have seen Paul run pre-sales and marketing teams in EMEA for Fourth Shift Corporation, Cincom Systems and QAD. Paul and his family make their home in Hampshire, UK.

Neil Lefevre has worked 25+ years in the IT industry as a vendor. Neil’s work has always had a sales focus whether in business development, as a consultant, pre-sales engineer, or pre-sales manager. In the first six of his twelve years at Digital Equipment Corporation, he had a variety of consulting roles including infrastructure design, network design, capacity planning, database, storage, transaction processing, and pre-sales management. In his last six years at Digital, Neil was one of the principals in developing an outsourcing practice where he progressed from solution architect, to Operations Manager, to Business Development Manager for Western Canada. After Digital, Neil worked with SAP for nine years. He was a pre-sales engineer for four years progressing to be pre-sales manager for Western Canada and then VP Pre-sales for Canada. For the last five years, Neil has been an independent consultant who focuses on sales performance in the IT industry. Neil lives in Calgary, Canada.

John began an independent IT consulting practice (Breitland, LLC) in 2003. Since that time his efforts have increasingly been devoted to sales training and to coaching high potential, but underperforming college students. Starting as a software developer, followed by a period as project-manager and sales rep he ended up as a General Manager. Since 1994 he is on the way as consultant, management coach and trainer. As an originated Dutch with an English name and living in Bavaria, Germany, he is a motivational trainer.
