Job Description

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has a hunter’s mentality, a passion for professional development, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the tech sector.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Demonstrate effective discovery skills to understand a client's business needs and objectives.

  • Ability to align 2Win solutions based on findings of client’s key outcomes and impact areas.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our training solutions through proposals and presentations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.

  • Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

  • Maintain CRM to provide activities, account status, sales progress, and forecasts.

Location & Hours

  • Virtual / Remote position.

  • North America.

  • Phoenix area preferred but not required.

  • Candidate must have a dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet.

  • Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in the respective time zone


  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a relevant tech or training industry role.

  • Proven track record of successful quota achievement over multiple years.

  • Training industry selling experience preferred but not required.

  • Sales enablement experience preferred but not required.

  • Teamwork, Communication, and Collaboration.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Zoom, MS Office, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

  • Experience in effective prospecting to both existing clients and new prospects to grow both existing customer business and net new logos.

  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
