Nobody hands you the title that makes people listen.
In presales, real influence with product, marketing, sales, and the customer gets built long before you need it. Or it isn’t there when you finally do.
Chad Wilson, Dan Conway, and Jack Cochran sit down together to unpack the six pillars behind that kind of influence, going deepest on Courage and Curiosity with real stories, not slide theory.
This is a preview. The hands-on work, the part that actually changes how you operate, happens live at SolCon’s Leadership Track.
Four things you’ll walk away with
Which of the six pillars (Clarity, Credibility, Trustworthiness, Curiosity, Courage, and Intentionality) is already your strongest.
Where a title-free influence strategy actually breaks down in practice.
How Courage and Curiosity show up in real deal-room and cross-functional moments.
What separates influence you’ve earned from influence you’re just hoping for.
Three leaders on building influence without the title
